VoIP PBX Systems
Our PBX phone systems can be configured for any size
requirement needed. Phone solutions are availble from
a SOHO or medium sized office to a large office with
100 or more employees. We use the best available PBX
software known in the industry to get this job done
with complete efficiency and simplicity. All PBX hardware
is hosted in a Data Center allowing its uptime to be
99.9% or greater because the Data Center provides backup
power with generator, cooling and a state of the art
Cisco network.
Here is how it works:
Step
1: Caller dials your VoIP phone number.
Step 2:
The call is routed through the public phone system.
Step 3: The
call is passed on to the VoIP service provider whom
you have your calling plan.
Step 4: The
call is passed to your dedicated PBX server at Hybricom.
If there is a "digital receptionist" configured,
then it answers and prompts the caller. |
Step
5: The call data travels over the Internet
to your office.
Step 6: The
call gets distributed based upon the call routing
configuration on the PBX. A ring group will cause
a group of phones to ring or, if a single extension
was called, then that phone would ring. |
