ActiveSync is an application designed to synchronize data between a mobile device and a PC. ActiveSync with Exchange allows for synchronization between an Exchange server and/or if directly connected to a PC synchronizes with Outlook. The data synchronized includes email, calendars, tasks and contacts.

SharePoint is a collaboration system of information and documents which allows access for groups and individuals based upon rights given. The documents are then accessible via a web interface or can be tied right into Outlook so you always have easy access to important documents.

Compliance Archiving can be provided as an additional service. Archiving ensures a copy of every email is stored long term and offsite for later auditing, retrieval and monitoring.

The cost of migration for 50 or less email accounts is included with any of the dedicated exchange solutions. There is a fee for each 25 accounts above the initial 50 migrated.

A Data Center provides reliability and stability in the entire infrastructure. Generator backup power and UPS, HVAC air conditioning, perimeter security and a strong network backbone all work together in harmony to ensure the highest level of uptime for our servers.

A VPN router by authenication creates a point to point encrypted tunnel to a network with a built in firewall. Meaning all data comunication between your PC\'s and your Exchange infrastructure would be transmitted securely and away from any snoopers.
